Once an enquiry has been made the personal information that will be collected includes your name, address, contact email and telephone number.

Personal information also includes data about living relatives whose details will be used to create a family tree. The details include the date of birth, date and place of marriage, birth dates and place of birth of any children.

 

Client information will only be used for communicating during the research project and updating the client on the progress of the research.

 

This information is used for financial purposes in the form of keeping copies of invoices for record-keeping purposes.

 

This information will not be passed on to any third parties.

 

The research commissioned by the client will not be shared with any third parties without the client's informed consent.

 

Information will be held for 6 years in line with the HRMC guidelines.
